It’s an index of decisions:

• what looked important
• what I did about it
• what happened after

That means the UX should bias toward retrieval:

• strong, stable slugs
• tags that are actually useful
• search that finds things fast
• obvious recency ordering

The rule I’m using: if it can’t be found later, it didn’t ship.
